  • Owner Jamie Kenney was born and raised in a small town in Montana, before moving to Tampa, Florida to eventually attend the University of South Florida for International Business.
  • A cultural exchange to Uzbekistan in 2004 kick-started Jamie’s interest in exploring more of the world and learning about different cultures and perspectives.
  • This interest in all things International continued at University where Jamie created and led many networking events between students and companies around International Business to bring the two together.
  • Now over 15 years later Jamie has traveled to over 55 countries, spending more time overseas than in the U.S. over the last 6 years.
  • While Jamie was working at Nielsen, a Global Measurement company with over 40,000 employees across 100 countries one of his main roles was to work with their offshore teams with TCS to travel to India and train them and continue to oversee their efforts for the companies Digital measurement products.
  • On-top of overseeing the Offshore teams and moving new products/processes to the team for further efficiencies and cost savings, he also helped push for many automations with his now Managing Director to lead to even more savings and improved quality.
  • Jamie also spent much of the year around the world training operations teams on the ground to support the launch of new digital measurement product launches to those regions. This included over 3 ½ months in China, along with teams in Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Spain, and Mexico.
  • After Nielsen, Jamie was recruited to Head Digital for India’s TV Industry Body the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC). Where he lived in Mumbai, India for over 2 years while working with the industry to try and setup a cross-platform measurement system for the country.
  • It had been his lifelong dream to run his own company, and provide the highest quality of service, bringing those experiences to help other dreamers and business owners/managers alike to see their projects and business needs come to life. This is what led Jamie to quit BARC and focus on setting up his own company.
  • Helpful Balance and Helpful Balance India are two companies that Jamie owns along with Total Cruise Info a US based Travel Agency and eventually will launch the World’s Largest and Most Informative Cruise website.
  • From Jamie’s global experience and learning about so many different perspectives around the world, he has made it a point to incorporate those learnings into his companies and how he approaches them. Focusing on the clients and the employees more than the profits and ensuring the highest levels of expectations are met.
